Oftentimes we find ourselves purchasing more fruits and vegetables than we can consume and end up tossing them. Make sure no good fruit or vegetable ever goes to waste again with juicing or blending. It’s a quick and easy way to make use of them while getting more vitamins and nutrients into your diet. While both methods are healthy, they each serve to offer a different outcome:
- Juicing gives your digestive system a break as you’re essentially removing all fibrous materials, leaving only the juice of the fruits and vegetables.
- Blending is when its entire contents are included: juice, pulp, everything. Retaining its fibers feeds the friendly bacteria in the gut.
